Initiate Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original Rosefield gift box and shipping container, ensuring all protective films and tags are intact.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at the nearest carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
